Schedule Your Spring Service with Ease!

Our online scheduling system makes it simple to book your unit’s removal from storage and/or de-winterization.

All appointments must be scheduled through this portal, even if you've previously noted a preferred date on storage/moorage paperwork.

  • Storage/Non Storage Customers: A 3-week notice is required.

  • Multiple Units? No need to schedule separate appointments—simply add additional units as an add-on after selecting your appointment date. If one unit is in storage and another is not, just note that in the comments section of the intake form.

  • Appointment Timing: All times are set for 3 PM as a placeholder. This doesn’t indicate the time your unit will be ready. We will contact you as soon as it is done.

  • Valet Service: Are available as an add-on (after selecting appt date). However, the selected time may need adjustment based on logistics. If needed, we will contact you to reschedule.

After selecting your appointment date, you'll be directed to an intake form with more details about the appointment process, a section for requesting additional services, and a space for any questions. As this is a new system, we welcome your feedback! If you run into any issues or have suggestions, please leave a comment in the form—we’ll be making adjustments throughout the first season to improve the process. If we missed anything, just note it in the form, and we’ll follow up with you.

To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling for status updates—our techs are working hard to get everything done as quickly as possible. If delays occur, we will notify you.

Online scheduling is ONLY for customers whose unit(s) has been serviced at The Boat Shop within the last 2 years or who have purchased a unit from us in the past year. If neither of these conditions applies, please click the "New Customer" form to request service, and we will get back to you with availability.
